Shawn is looking for room for rent in Singapore

Both Malaysian Chinese looking for a couple room. Working as a junior executive in housekeeping department in a 5 star international hotel in Singapore. Cleanliness is my top priority. Advantage of having me as a tenant as below ：- - I will be cleaning the whole house flooring = vacuuming + mopping, toilet and shower room wall + floor cleaning. Save the money to hire a helper to clean. You may need to provide me a vacuum when my current vacuum spoil. Mop no issue. - Able to do light cooking such as soup (Once a month) Barley, Green & Red beans/Porridge/Juices blending (Twice a month). No frying/deep fried foods. Drink it and stay healthy. - Healthy lifestyle. (Non drinker and non smoker) - Tends to mop the floor before going to bed. - Easy going couple. - Looking for a long term place to move in between end of june or anytime until end of August 2025. Current owner plan to sell her HDB. (Been staying since June 2019). Maximum 1000 inclusive of aircond, water, electricity and wifi. No agent fees.
