Hi there, looking for 2 bedroom units(whole unit, 3 room flat) commencing 1 January 2026 There will be 2 of us and our profile as below, Malaysian chinese male PR working as assistant finance manager Indonesian christian male EP holder working as senior manager in big 4 we are looking to find a comfortable place for long term rent. 2 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms (can consider 1 bathroom) budget around 2.6k -3k (can higher if we like it) looking for decent renovated place for long term stay. Easygoing tenants who are responsible and prioritise cleanliness. plus point, i grew up being the responsible son in the house so i generally know how to DIY fix any problems at the home so wont be bothering your for small fixes unless major problems haha. looking for nice landlords to build a good relationship.
