HDB For Rent - Sengkang

No owner, no tenants. Renting Master and Common bedrooms in a 4-room HDB, renovated 21st floor (top floor) apartment with unblocked views of the Sungei Punggol canal. Rent inclusive of: Apartment cleaning. A helper will come twice a month to wash kitchen, toilets, floors and etc. Town council fees. Apartment Facilities: Air Conditioned bedrooms and living room. Ceiling Fans in bedrooms and living room. Wall fans in the kitchen. WiFi 6, with two mesh routers ensuring strong connection in the whole house (can watch netflix on the loo). Network switch in the living room + lan cable to master bedroom. Renovated bathrooms with rain/hose shower, tank water heater and window exhaust fans. Fully stocked kitchen with cutlery, pots and plates. Day/Night curtains in living rooms/bedrooms. Kitchen Facilities: Three compartment japanese fridge with ice maker. Removable induction hob. Bring it out to the dining table for a hotpot party! Full sized baking oven and a microwave. Washer and dryer. Lemons on the wall :) Plenty of Storage: Large built in wardrobe and storage bed in the master bedroom. Freestanding wardrobe and underbed storage drawers in common room. Two warehouse racks in shelter + containers for tenant use. Large console in the living room. Three shoe cabinets! Apartment Rules: Any and all cooking is allowed, but do note that our kitchen is not halal. Min 6 months rental contract, 1 month refundable deposit. Max 4 occupants, no subletting allowed. Rental contract has a diplomatic clause. Pets are allowed, so long as they don’t ruin furniture and neighbors don’t complain. I can’t believe I have to specify this, but all races/genders are welcome.
