The flat is near: - Coral Edge LRT station - There are buses nearby to Yishun, Tampines, Bishan, Geylang and Hougang - 20 mins walk to bus stop along TPE that brings you to Changi Biz Park and Jewel in 20 mins - 10 mins walk to Punggol river with many restaurants, pool game, skating rink, and horticulture shops - 5 mins walk to NTUC supermarket, Prime supermart, many kopitiams, clinics, hair salon, wet market, etc. - New MRT (Rivervale linking to the East) completing in 3-4 years, 10 mins walk away. - There's an express bus from Mon-Fri at bus stop 5 mins from flat to Nicoll Highway, Suntec, Raffles Place, and Shenton Way for those working in the CBD. The room includes: - Aircon - Study Desk - Bed - Wardrobe - Wifi Who lives here: - Owner and her helper Conditions: - No cooking (except boiling water) due to bad experience. - Please limit your laundry to once every 4-5 days from Mon- Fri (negotiable). For large laundry items, there is a 24 hr laundry mart at Punggol Plaza (just 5 mins walk) if you find the home washer inadequate - Rent includes utility bills. However, if you turn on the aircon daily, please include $50 monthly bill due to recent inflation and high costs. A fan is provided in the room for you. - If aircon breaks down from over-usage, please pay for repair. The aircon is serviced every 3-4 months by owner. - Extra furniture to be added to the room, please let the owner know.
