If you don’t need air-con, this could be the room for you. Very comfortable & spacious for 1 person. - Looking for 1 lady tenant (Malaysian preferred), room rental is $950 per month (Rental inclusive of water & electricity & wifi, No air con) - Furnished with ikea furnitures : single size bed with mattress protector, table, chair and wardrobe. A wall fan is installed. - This house have no young kids. Strictly no dogs, no pets, no smokers. - No cooking allowed. - Hawker center, coffee shops, supermarkets, parks nearby.
