Marine Crescent HDB, 10-minute walk to Marine Parade MRT (Brown Line). 4-minute walk to the Tao Nan School bus stop, with many bus services that go directly to Changi airport/Bugis/Bedok/SMU, etc. 8-minute walk to East Coast Park. Rent: $1000, including utilities, Wi-Fi, and air-con. 1~2 tenant, address registration is allowed. You will be living with the landlord (an uncle). He is a senior and very easy-going, with no strange rules. Just maintain cleanliness in the common areas and remember to switch off the lights, aircon, and close windows when not in use. The landlord works, so he is out most of the time. Light cooking is allowed. Guests are allowed only with the landlord’s approval. Requirements: Able to speak Mandarin/Hokkien. Not suitable for night-shift workers (those who return home at 2–3 am).
